Trainee QA Engineer

tsukat is looking for a talented and ambitious Trainee QA Engineer to join our team. 

Project description: VR sport simulator for baseball. 

Project team: 2 Unity Software Engineers, Project Manager. 

Project technology stack: TestRail, Azure DevOps, Unity, Meta Quest 3. 

Location: Lviv only 

Requirements: 

  • Successfully completed QA training or relevant courses (covering QA methodologies, tools, and processes) 
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and QA’s role within it 
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field 
  • Good level of English, both spoken and written (C1 level preferred) 
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude 
  • Well-organized and able to manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at our office in Lviv 

Will be a plus: 

  • Interest in or understanding of AR/VR technologies 
  • Basic programming experience and a desire to learn test automation in the future 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform manual testing of AR/VR applications, as well as on platforms such as PC, mobile, and web 
  • Create, maintain, and update test plans 
  • Analyze and clarify requirements in collaboration with the development team 
  • Develop and maintain test cases 
  • Report bugs, track their status, and support analysis of testing statistics 
  • Prepare monthly test reports and other relevant QA documentation
