AI Persona for Exhibition

ActiveMe, the company producing the Atlantis 360° expo, enlisted tsukat to enhance the visitor experience with AI. So, our engineers developed three AI personas representing the Greek gods: Zeus, Athena, and Poseidon. These personas are integrated into the 360° journey through the city of Atlantis, a physical exhibition, and positioned at specific locations for direct visitor interaction.

We applied text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text technology (STT) to bring AI personas to life. Expo visitors can now ask them anything about the exhibition or other topics through natural conversation. Our Unity and 3D experts have ensured that Olympian assistants look realistic and god-like. Each Greek god has a unique character, specific manner of speaking, and customized voice, enhancing the exhibition’s ambiance. These AI assistants serve as both informative guides and entertaining elements of the expo. If the AI persona cannot answer a question, it will direct visitors to a manager for further clarification.

To enhance the overall user experience, our AI engineers transitioned from Google TTS to Azure TTS, reducing latency between questions and answers to a maximum of 3 seconds. This includes 2 seconds to ensure the visitor has finished their question and 1 second for the assistant’s reply. Additionally, the AI assistants are multilingual , speaking English, French, Dutch, Arabic, and more, diversifying interactions between visitors and the assistants.

Trained with the necessary user data and capable of running in the cloud or on-premises, these AI personas are not limited to interactive exhibition elements. Our engineers can customize them to meet diverse client needs, enabling them to provide information to external customers, simplify maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and address company policy inquiries with comprehensive knowledge of all company manuals.
